Authorised use

Document Utility is a private workflow operated by authorised users. This website provides information and does not offer a public service or account registration. Only connect accounts and process documents that you are authorised to use.

Operator responsibility

The operator chooses processing services and delivery destinations and is responsible for reviewing extracted information, classifications and records before relying on them. Automated processing can make mistakes. The utility does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

Availability

The utility is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free results, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account access

Google account access requires the account holder's authorisation and can be revoked through Google Account settings. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
