Scope

Document Utility is an operator-controlled document workflow. This policy covers its use of a connected Google account and this informational website.

Data accessed

After the account holder authorises access, the utility can read Gmail messages, sender and recipient details, dates, subjects, message bodies and attachments. It can send messages and attachments when directed by its operator. The Gmail permissions technically cover the connected mailbox; the workflow is intended to select document-related messages.

Purpose and processing

Data is used to find, extract, classify, reconcile and deliver documents. Selected content may be processed using software or AI services chosen by the operator and delivered to document or record-management services chosen by the operator. These recipients process data under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Data is not sold, used for advertising or used by this workflow to train general-purpose AI models.

Storage, retention and deletion

Authorisation credentials and workflow records are stored in the operator-controlled environment. Documents and processing records are retained for the operational and record-keeping purposes selected by the operator. The operator can remove stored credentials and local records and manage copies sent to other services. Revoking Google access stops future authorised API access; it does not delete copies already stored or delivered.

Control and contact

The account holder can revoke access at any time through Google Account connections. For access, deletion or privacy questions, use the support email displayed on the application's Google consent screen.

Limited Use

Document Utility's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This website

This site has no registration forms, advertising, analytics scripts or application data collection. Its hosting provider processes normal network request data to serve and protect the site. No mailbox contents or credentials are published here.
